There was a hardware fault in our datacentre at approximately 11:22am AEST, which was mitigated by automatic backup systems. The process of switching to backups can sometimes result in minor disruptions, such as a brief disconnection from the system, or a black screen after logging back in. If you are encountering problems connecting to your cloud environment, please contact us and we can resolve.
